Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If VerifyDoc does not meet your needs for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
You do not need to give a reason, but we welcome honest feedback so we can improve the Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@verifydoc.net with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The order/receipt number from your Stripe confirmation email (if you have it)
- A brief note — optional, but appreciated
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The funds return to the same card or payment method used at purchase. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Automatic refund if delivery fails
If our system fails to deliver your purchase within 24 hours of a successful payment, you are entitled to an automatic full refund without filing a request. Contact us at the email above with your receipt and we will process the refund immediately.
What happens after a refund
- You may no longer use any documents or outputs generated via the Service.
- Any active subscription is cancelled and will not auto-renew.
- We delete your stored profile within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions after the 30-day window
After the first 30 days, a subscription can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following month, but we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the current billing period. You keep access for the rest of the paid month.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds (after investigating and communicating with you) in cases of:
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or chargeback circumvention (e.g., the same person repeatedly purchasing and refunding);
- Use of the Service in violation of our Terms of Service;
- Requests filed more than 30 days after the original charge.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your charge, please email us first. A chargeback before we have had a chance to resolve the issue may result in denial of future service, but does not waive your right to a refund under this policy.
